Since 2003, Fairmas Gesellschaft für Marktanalysen mbH, under the management of Dr. Roland Smolin and Pascal Tavanti, has been represented on the market. The company has specialised in system- and web-based planning tools in the environment of the international hotel industry.
As Managing Director, Dr. Roland Smolin is responsible for product development. More than 20 years of experience characterise the IT specialist, who graduated in “Process Modelling and Data Models” at TU Berlin.
Niels Schröder is the new second Managing Director since 1st July 2011 and will take responsibility for strategic product alignment, quality management, and the Fairmas customer service. Over the last 12 years, Mr. Schröder has personally been active in the international hotel industry in the fields of Sales and Marketing, and he was also a Revenue Manager for all of Germany. This means he also knows Fairmas products from a customer perspective. His high affinity for IT and strong skills in Sales & Marketing and Quality Management characterize Mr. Schroeder.
Pascal Tavanti, Attorney-at-law in Berlin, carries out consulting, particularly in the areas of the hotel and media industry. As a partner, he is responsible for all Fairmas products being usable in a legally defensible and secure manner. Pascal Tavanti is active at the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences as a lecturer in the specialist field of commercial legal protection and additionally functions as an inspector at the Judicial Examination Office.
