Fairmas Gesellschaft für Marktanalysen mbH was founded in 2003. Its workforce is specialised in the needs of the hotel industry. The focus of its business is on software development, chiefly in the areas of: benchmarking, budgeting, controlling and forecasting.
At the beginning of 2009, Fairmas introduced a cross-destination daily benchmarking service for the holiday and resort hotel industry. By 2010 it had installed its software in more than 1000 hotels worldwide.
Alongside its extensive range of system and web-based planning tools, the company also implements individual process solutions, oriented towards meeting specific, internal company requirements.
Fairmas has experienced continuous growth and has seen its own product range constantly expand. The company is represented by cooperation partners in London and Atlanta. Its aim is to become one of the leading hotel software vendors for revenue management and hotel controlling applications.
